OM-D new with 1024 shutter count?

I have a new OM-D that just arrived.  The packing looked like it may have been a returned item but I was not sure.  I checked the shutter count and is lists 1024, flash was only 2 (prob. factory testing). I would expect maybe 25-100 actuations coming from the factory, but over 1,000?

What are your thoughts on this?  I did purchase it via "shipped and sold" by Amazon, so I can return it and they will ship a new one out without a problem; but I would rather not go through the hassle. Thoughts?  Would you consider this a used OM-D?
