Upgrading PC

i was reading about the Hyper 212 as a good option, i think i will stick with the i7

price wise, the i7-3820 vs i7-3770k (the 3770k is $40 more).

am i making the right choices?

how about the v/c - is it too much, i am not making any 3d movies or even hq commericals!
