Printing through Shutterfly, etc.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the best service to use for printing a photo book using photos manipulated in Lightroom (so that the pictures look as much like I think they should look when printed)?  I don't want to send my photos and create a book only to have the final product too dark, etc.
