No, you have to pick one method of IS, either the Panasonic OIS or the Oly IBIS.  If you use both, they will work against each other.  Pick one and turn the other off.

The big deal with IBIS is that with it you can stabilize lenses that don't have any on board IS, such as the large selection of excellent m4/3 primes and all sorts of 3rd party manual lenses with (and without) adapters.
