New NEX 7, but no stickers, tags, and has 2600 + actuations????

Hi,

I just picked up a new NEX 7 kit (with 18-55) from Best Buy, with a free 16mm pancake included in the bundle for free.

I opened the box, and the camera has no stickers, tags, etc.  I've seen new NEX 7's with a label saying 24.3 megapixels on/near the hotshoe...this one did not have that either.  The battery was also loaded in the camera, completely discharged.  I loaded a memory card I use for my 5n, and the first shot I took for the N7 had a file name of 2654.jpg

Did I get a used camera, or is this the way NEX 7s are shipped?
