Well, permanent... right up til the point we have a lens for m4/3 with half the focal length and half the f stop number. The question was mearly if anyone thought there might be a chance of one on the horizon.
No, becuase anybody shooting uu 4/3 isn't trying to get super shallow wide angle DOF.
If they were they would use a FF with a 20mm f/2.8 lens.

The OP wants that as that was specifically his reasoning - also why can't people want to do something with a lens instead of having to buy a whole new system? Not everyone has the money or desire to run 2 systems so it seems like you might your point a few posts back and won't let it go.
Anyway, playing devils advocate, if you were going full frame why wouldn't you go for a wider aperture than that such as 24mm f1.4?
