Canon G2X

I take it there`s no way canon could improve the low liight AF (which makes an SX50 look like a DSLR) without using the new sensor with the PDAF AF pixels ? . Canon have proved in the EOS-M that they`re not up to scratch on large sensor contrast detect AF .

This, an EVF, an overall speed increase and a realistic F4 long end of the lens (as opposed to a sheer fantasy of F2.8)  is what the G2X should bring -  the NEX7 crammed a state of the art EVF into a smaller space.
