According to the specs, both the NEX and the MFT version has AF capabilities with Canon EF lenses but the sensor size decides how much you can get in terms of fast WA capability.

Too bad the FF options will still be cropped, but some of the APS-C lenses will come into their own with this - especially with IBIS on Oly.  The Sigma 8-16 will be the widest m43 rectilinear option (the widest vertical FOV via 4:3 and the widest horizontal FOV for still cameras period when shot on the GH1/GH2 in 16:9 mode), and the plethora of (cheap) f2.8 standard zooms could shake things up a bit.
