If I want a RAW processor only for "default" settings I will stick with Fuji's JPG engine.

I ONLY use a RAW processor to get better than "default" results.  If not why the Heck bother.

Do you think we PP just because we have nothing else to do?

We already have a number of threads where folks are comparing Fuji's jpgs and their CP1 as well as LR or other processors and they are doing their own "best" to come up with optimum images.

I can read those and think about them and maybe even download the RAW original and give it a go myself.  That is worthwhile.  I don't need a $299 single click RAW converter.  Does me absolutely no good.

BTW, Chris, the CP1 sharpening at zero is already quite high.  So it hardly ever needs to be sharpened more unless you are after a funky result.
