Camera dillema need some suggestions

Hello, I have owned a GH1, A57, EP1 in the past and now have a Fuji X10 and X100. I will be selling the X100 and keeping the X10 for walk-around camera.
I am also going to shoot video/short films so 50/50 photography and video. I have three options I'm thinking of:
a) Sony NEX 6 (new) and GH1/GH2 (used hacked)
b) Pentax K30 (new) and GH1/GH2 (used hacked)
c) Canon 5D II (used).
If I go with c, I can only get the 50mm f1.8 lens. If I choose a or b I'll have money left over to get another lens and a slider for video work.

I'm trying to decide if having a full frame camera is worth the extra money? how do the NEX 6 and K30 compare to the 5D II? Which option would you choose and why?
