I don't have the LA-EA2 adapter but most-times, my 5R just smokes my 3, because of hybrid PDAF. Now this with the 18-55 but strangely it seems my copy of 16SEL2.8 is alsp PDAF enabled, lens version v.01. Very very fast, this 16 lens must have come from the factory with v.01 already installed.
