Wider and faster? Probably not. Wider or faster on the other hand there is a fair selection of 24 f1.4 lenses, or even 28 f1.8 lenses (not quite as wide but faster, which is what I'll be getting).
I also however want a wide fast lens from the point of view of control over DoF, in which an equal aperture FF lens clearly has the upper hand.
4/3 or u 4/3 is definately not your format.
This is the one place where FF has a definte, permanent, mathematical, irrevocable, significant....pant, pant, pant........advantage over 4/3 and u 4/3.

Well, permanent... right up til the point we have a lens for m4/3 with half the focal length and half the f stop number. The question was mearly if anyone thought there might be a chance of one on the horizon.
