Recommendations for all-around weather-sealed m4/3rds lens

There is a 14-54 f/2.8-3.5 zoom lens for classic Four Thirds that is weather sealed and very sharp, and will focus moderately quickly on m4/3. It's not small, but it's relatively cheap; I got a second-hand one for $250.

You can get the weathersealed adapter (MMF-3?) and use it.
