Yes, an Aperture plug-in for less money would be preferred. I don't like aperture's limitation of only one external editor, even though multiple plug-ins are allowed. I like to keep PS as my external editor. I would like to achieve PhotoNinja's look with an aperture preset, but I have yet to achieve that -- especially in the area of detail enhancement - PN just looks better.
Anyway, the $129 is scaring me away for now, although I definitely like the one click fix of PN.
One has to keep grappling through the forum to keep an eye out for these little gems like your post on PN.
