There are always a lot of details I might like to see changed, such as I am not sure I like the sunglasses. But for I all know you took that shot as well! I think I would have cropped a bit tighter, just below the elbows further up from the waist. However, IMHO, the one thing that definitely needs changed is the lighting. Most of the time, and is this case, it is more flattering to short light women instead. In this case, the subject is broad lit which is to say that the "long" side of the face is lit. Had the posed remained the same but move the light from camera left to camera right, she would be short lit. Broad lighting tends to add weight and while that isn't too much of an issue with your current subject, it also "lights" the ear that is visible to the camera. It would simply look better the other way. You could also flag the light so that no light hits the ear if you are going for a very specific lighting direction.
