I have left what I think is the key point of blue_skies reply.

How are you viewing the RAW files?

I still think it inconceivable that the 5N corrects the RAW images with the 16-50PZ, and that the NEX6 and NEX7 don't.

Just did a test, took a picture in RAW format only, corrections applied in Windows Picture Viewer (with Sony RAW driver installed at the OS level) and in Lightroom.

blue_skies, can you do the same test with your 1650 and whatever NEX you have?
