V1 + ft1 + nikon 18-200 or tam 18-270.

I had used the Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 SP Di VC USD, it works fine with the Nikon 1 V1+FT1 (Fully AF in good condition of light + Vibration reduction + Aperture control).

I am not sure about the Tamron 18-270mm but I think that the Tamron 18-270mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC PZD (model B008 N) was released after the Tamron AF 70-300mm mentioned above and probably it will fully operated with the Nikon 1.

Try it at a camera & lenses shop with your camera before you buy it for sure.
