Do downloaded lens correction profiles work with jpeg images in Lightroom 4?

I downloaded the lens correction profiles for Samyang 7.5mm and dropped them in C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles  and alsio in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.3 RC\Resources\LensProfiles and C:\User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles but I can see them in Lightroom 4 only with RAW files not with jpeg.

Does it mean I have to shoot raw if I want to apply the lens profiles at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/46420541/Rok7_5_lcp.zip in Lightroom 4?  These profiles were provided by kenw.
