I have a merrill: a Sigma SD1. I think it does well at ISO 800.
Previous Sigma sensors struggled at ISO 400 and the X10 beat them at ISO 1600.
I hope the X20 will give us at least an additional stop of clean, low noise performance over the X10. No full-res X20 demo images out there yet (unless you have found some) so it might be a while until any of us really find out for sure.

Im sure it is, that was just an example. Im sure it will be nowhere near as good as the merrels, the reviews of them at low iso are pretty epic. I personally wouldnt buy one cause it doesnt fit my needs, but they look nice.
