I think I might have to check out the new EF 24mm f/2.8 IS USM. I really love 24mm on crop, esp for kids and events. And I'll have to see if f2.8 is fast enough for me though, otherwise I may have to spring for the L lens at some point.
Any special lenses on your list?

Actually, I'm pretty well covered right now with my four good Canon lenses (okay five, but one not used much any more) that range from 10mm on the wide end to 400mm on the long end.
But hey, now that you mention it a tilt shift would be pretty nice to have
