Mine: i7-3770, GTX650, 16G DDR3-1600, 180SSD, 3T HDD, USB3, Antec Earthwatt power supply, Coolmaster Vortex heatsink.
4 core i7 beats any AMD 8 cores, and burns at least 1/2 less power.
Mine idles at 40-45W (10W due to the Nvidia card).
Cool and quiet as you can dream.
