These are the only shots that matter as MLU and Remote release isolates any factors such as Mirror slap and fat finger. Not sure how you manual focused. Did you use the green focus indicator in the viewfinder, Liveview, or just eyeball it?

Not sure how big the crop but from these you need a tiny amount of AF-Fine tune for the lens and nothing else. You really shouldn't have any problem getting sharp photos if you set the AF fine tune up on that lens.

Being crops, all the EXIF data and camera settings data is missing so I can't tell anything else. If DSC_6008 is straight out of camera, and has not been edited in any way, you can upload that to your gallery and I can check all the other settings that may have affected the shot. Good Luck.

Hi Mako, thank you for examining my photos and and thank you for your suggestions.
Ive just uploaded the original dsc_6008.

all those photos were 100% cropped versions of the originals.
may manual focusing system was: looking thru the viewfinder and trust my eyes for the sharpest level(and in general what my eyes chose was also the same level with the green focus indicator, is it ok?)

I'll try to af fine tune with this lens but infact I am not willing to do that because it is a hard process for me.I have to fine tune my 16-85 lens for 16mm, then for 50mm and then for 85mm, right?
and then fine tune for each lens I have..

You said, just a tiny fine tuning is needed for my 16-85, in your opinion what should be the values?
in between 0-5 probably or 5-10?

thx again for all your help...
