This you can certainly do, you can easily add layers for masks by clicking the + button under local adjustments (whilst you are at it, have a look at the excellent "local" colour adjustment tool, that is you click one colour, then drag the scope of the colour range and then you can lighte, increase, decrease, the lot, without masking. It will apply to all pixels within the colour range:
