How do add I Samyang lens correction profiles to Lightroom?

I downloaded the lens correction profiles of kwnw (see link below) for Samyang  7.5mm but how do I add them to Lightroom? i.e. I have the profiles but I don't how to apply them Lightroom 4. Please help.
