Thanks Betsy. Maybe you could post a pic of the kingfishers you have around your neck of the woods? I always appreciate a 'kingy' image, regardless of the species.

Glad you like my crop. It's not that I stick rigidly to the so-called 'rule of thirds', but 'off centre' can undoubtedly help to portray subjects well in some cases.
