Question on exposure adjustment on 6D

Just got a 6D and I have not found out how to make exposure adjustment without going through the Q menu.

Can I adjust exposure by rotating the rear wheel like on the 50D or 5D ?  If so how do you set it up ?   I have not opened the pouch with the manual yet, because if this cannot be done it is going to be a major issue for me.
