Upgrading or downgrading? I'm so confused.

Well, my 5D II (with some accessories) is on ebay, and a 6D is on the way. But is this an upgrade or a downgrade?
Just kidding...
Looking forward to the 6D. Love the smaller size and lighter weight, and the AF and features are more than enough for me.
