Most of what I buy on ebay is unbranded.
The adapter I have is (I think) the same as http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pentax-K-PK-to-Micro-4-3-M4-3-M43-Mount-Adapter-with-Tripod-Mount-GF3-GX1-EP3-/370734115123?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item565179a933 and still seems to be listed by the same seller.
Check that the tripod mount is correctly installed - loosen the screws and then re-tighten. Comes with allen key, spare screws and dust/light plug.
I like it because it lifts the camera slightly, high enough that my macro lenses now all clear the focusing rail; in addition, now I can leave a lens mounted on the setup or tripod and just remove the camera.
