London....1st visit

In February, I will be visiting London for the first time. I have been reading travel books and researching, but I still have a few questions....

1)  Are cameras / photos  allowed inside Kensington Palace, Windsor Palace and Hampton Court Palace ?

2)  Re: camera battery chargers.....Do they require only an adapter plug ( 3 square prongs )

and NO current transformer ?

3)  Which museums /historic buildings allow cameras /non-flash photos

and which allow NO photos ?

Any other advice or suggestions welcome..... I have been having some trouble posting lately,

so I would like to thank in advance anyone who takes  the time to comment.
