d200 to d600 what will i miss, gain? old d200 users would be appreciated

I handled the D600 at Costco the other day and was impressed with the feel of it. IMO  better looking and feel compared to the D7000. With a Grip attached it would be just the right size for me ( I prefer grips over the bare body).
