Is manual focus such a big deal on the X100 /S

I have never worried about it on my X100,manual focus with the Fuji bodies and legacy lenses,then yes,manual focus should be a priority for Fui,ie focus peaking as on the Sony NEX range is brilliant.

Fuji looks to have gone to some effort to improve the MF with the 100S ,i think they could have saved the effort for something else,esp as the new AF is going to be much better.

Please enlighten me
