Ive had similar quirks occasionally {although horizontal lines}, and simply re-opening the file in the editor tends to clear it {ive never had lines appear on the actual file though, so hopefully this is a similar quirk}.
I just opened it in another raw program its still there meaning its in the raw itself...which either leaves it to the card or Camera...
