Lowepro vertex 200 vs Tamrac 5586

I have 2 canon bodies and a few lens and i am shopping for a new backpack. I have narrowed my serach to:
Lowpro Vertex 200aw and Tamrac 5586 Expedition 6x
Does anyone on here know the comfort level of either of these backpack. Also please provide feedback of your experience with either of these backpacks.
