Wow, i'm really thrilled by the great feedback from the forum members. Thank you all for spending a little time to view my pictures and comment back, I really appreciate your words. They are fuel to keep on going!

@BingoCharlie
Thanks for your comments. As I mentioned, the heavy vignette might not fit everyone's taste, but I believe it plays a role in the mood I wanted to convey. Its interesting what you mention regarding color. I initially worked the pictures in color, but, after working a few in black and white, it became clear that it was closer to my vision of time standing still in the rural valleys of viñales, a lifestyle that we don't know for how much longer will remain as it is.

@efg40
Thanks for your kind comments. Travelling is a passion for me, getting to know other cultures and ways of seeing the world, and, ultimately, other ways of living.

@stefano888
Thanks for your comments. I hope you have the chance to go to Cuba. Its a beautiful island.

@brudy
Thanks for your insightful comments. I absolutely agree with you, its easy to get lost in technicalities and measurebating about cameras, lenses, technology, etc. Like every other photographer in this forum, I get all excited when I buy a new camera or lens, but in the end, it is pictures what count, having a story, a point of view, an idea or concept. There is nothing like really editing your pics, removing fat, and having a strong set of images. I try to always remember that, gear should be in service of personal vision, and not the other way around.

@Bruce Clarke
Thanks for sharing your memories. I could very well go back to Cuba a few more times. Its a magical place.

@photodan1
Thanks for your comments!

@Ron Joiner
Thank you ron, great to be able to inspire someone
You will have a great time in Cuba, just relax, get into the mood and be friendly.

@FrankyM
Thanks Franky!

@Mike Fewster
I have no words for your compliments. Just a big THANK YOU.

@acahaya
Thanks so much!

@Ivar Dahl Larsen
Thanks Ivar, i feel moved by your words. That you find poetry in those images is a wonderful thing: while making the final edit, I struggled to find the final set of "keepers", and my reference ended up being exactly that: finding poetry, magic, in each frame.

@Jeanadriane
Thanks a lot Jeanette for your comments! I absolutely agree regarding the "drama" of the vignette, I really like how you express it. We're at least 2 vignette addicts. Hehe.

@pocoloco
Thank you!

Thanks everyone for your comments, observations, ideas and suggestions. I feel certainly motivated for posting more stuff here.

Best wishes to everyone!!!
