Recently went on a trip to Thailand with OMD and the 14 2.5, 25 1.4, and 45 1.8. Nothing else. Fit in a very small lowepro, and it was great. I would say plan your main lens based on what you will be doing that day, then switch (quick once you get used to your bag setup and optimize your movements) if you really need to change to get that perfect shot and if it was important enough.
I mostly used 14 2.5 outdoors because I was shooting a lot of scenary, then switch to 25 1.4 at night, and 45 1.8 for events where you were further away from the action.
Lastly, it really depends on the pace of your trip. Don't bring multiple primes if you are on a tight schedule and will be moving about quickly from location to location.
