Border, title and date?

It appears that this is just another area of dissatisfaction with the challenges.  The complaints and finger-pointing, among other problems discussed over and over in this forum, tell me, as most of you know my opinion, that the challenges should be eliminated.  It is time to simplify and maybe go to a simple Picture Of The Day format as is done on other sites.  Should save a lot of time and work.
