I had the opportunity to have a go at star trails whilst in Mynamar (Burma) there are very few street lamps and at this time of the year the sky is often clear.

I took 81 60 sec images at f4 on ISO 800, all hand triggered on a remote. they were stacked with some incredibly simple software called starstax. i con't seem to post the image so it is here:

Needless to say Mynamar is well worth the trip, photographically and culturally. (I took over 6500 images in 2 weeks) I was totally dependent upon two OM-Ds and I am now fairly convinced that leaving behind (in UK) a big DSLR and its lenses was a really good move
