How effective are the in body ultrasonic sensor cleaners when changing lenses in the field ?

E330, E3 and EP3... with lots of lens changings in different conditions, dusty old MF-lenses, wind, sand, snow etc... Only occasional marks of dust on the sensor, and those have always been gone before I have had to use something stronger than Supersonic Wave Filter. Works fine.

Once I even got a mosquito inside my camera... It showed in a couple of photos (unsharp), but when I changed the lens it flew away... A bit too eager model.
