There`s no reason not to, it has more resolution than the HS30 and more natural looking images, the EVF was better too.. the 1:1.6" sensor was excellent so was the JPG engine and the lens too if you got one which wasn`t blurred down one side at the wide end.

Nope, the lens on mine doesn't have the blurry side. I had a failing on/off switch replaced a few years ago, but that's the only part that ever failed. Amazingly, the lens hasn't sucked any visible dust particles in either. I use the camera mostly for quick and dirty product shots. I have no reason to replace it for that particular use.
