Faulty focus button on Carl Zeiss 24-70mm lens

Hi

The focus button on my Carl Zeiss 24-70 z (SAL2470z) lens has fallen out. I popped it back in but it's still loose , so as a temporary fix I've held it down with sticky tape. For this price I expected better build quality!!!

I remember reading a a similar thread on this problem some time ago, but unfortunately I can no longer find that thread.

I would be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem. My lens is barely two years old and no longer under warranty
