NEX-7 Legacy Macro Lens?

So I'm going crazy trying to decide with what legacy macro lens to go for. I would prefer a 1:1 because I will mainly be shooting corals in my fish tank. My budget is around $250 so these are the 2 lenses that I'm trying to decide on.

Tamron SP f2.8 90mm (72B)

Canon FD f3.5 50mm SSC with Extension Tube

What do you think would work best for my needs and are there any other lenses that you could recommend.
