Different Group Settings D90?

Okay.  I have done my diligent search . . . . can't find info I am looking for.  I believe that the D90 has the option of setting up "groups" of camera settings.  i.e., camera settings for normal photos, another group of settings for action settings, maybe another group for portrats, etc.

How do I set up different groups of settings on dthe D90??
