New Layout ... and "Forum" button

I have not been in the Forums for a couple of weeks but I am pretty sure that when I used to click the "Forum" button while reading a thread that it would take me back to the Forum I was reading and to the last post I had just read.  Today when I clicked the button it took me back to the top of the Forum list and I had to scroll down to where I left off.

Did something change?  It is a pain to have to keep scrolling down when you want to return to the Forum after reading all or some of the posts within a thread.
