Retail Week report Jessops going into administration.

Many people do, and for good reason, as one often follows the other. Whichever actually happens, it seems inevitable that some shops will close. My local shop is already festooned with sale signs; I wonder what good it will do for the business?

I agree about the Comet closedown - our local store seemed to have only things that no-one really wanted in its final couple of weeks. The only customers I spotted on my visits were looking at laptops, which were the least-reduced items there.
