The same for me about the G1X.  I'll gladly put up with a few limitations to get that level of IQ in such a small, complete and versatile package.

I had a 67 system too but sold it in 2003 just before getting into digital.  I had the newer body with mirror lock, the 45, 105 and 165 along with a set of extension tubes.  I always found it strange Pentax did not include mirror lock on the original as that body had a lot of mirror slap.

I'm very happy with digital but thanks for the offer.
