If you are serious about architectural photography, neither.
The flexibility of a full frame dSLR cannot be beat for buildings, both interior and exterior. My favorite combo is one of the Canon 5D series (I have owned them all) and a 24 mm tilt shift lens plus a Tamron 17-35 lens for interiors. A good tripod is also necessary to keep everything level.
OTH, if architectural photography is just something to play with, I would get the X-E1 plus the widest prime when it comes out.
