What's the most likely parts(s) to fail?

Since I don't have a huge experience with cameras, I wonder what's the most likely part to fail in years to come, particulary concerning the OMD.

All the P&S I had failed after 4/5 years. ...

And are high end cameras (like OMD) more rugged than P&S? I'm not sure about this one...
