My previous camera was a D200 as well. The onlything you'll miss will be the much more comfortable grip of the D200 - and I do love my D200.

Also, buy a rocket blower or something like that (mine was $1 off ebay). It will help you get rid of 95% of the particles (which you will have, no doubt).
