anyone using flickr/getty here?

Hello,

I have some questions regarding how Getty Images does their licensing of photos.

If you chose to use Getty on flicr, you can select to do so, however all your submitted photos then become available for Getty.

Should I decide to do this, I have NO options to choose the TYPE of licensing for my photos.

They "Getty" decides the type of license my photo will receive--either an Royalty Free or Rights Managed. And they decide what my photo is worth.

Obviously they are the largest stock photography companies world wide,  so is this a good thing or not?

Do any of you out there do this?  My photos are already for sale, and I want to put my photography on a variety of items, so should I even bother?

Is there money to be made with exclusivity using Getty Images?
