Not sure where you're getting your information, but what's actually happening is the rate DSLR's are selling is still growing - but growing at a slower rate than the last few years - and still selling in record numbers.  Despite floods last year Nikon and Canon posted record sales years in terms of the number of DSLR's sold.  They're forecasted to grow in the coming years - at least with Canon and Nikon, Sony is a little more vague in its financial reports about specifying anything other than imaging as a whole will grow.  Mirrorless is growing at a faster rate, but still has a long way to catch the DSLR as worldwide production through November of this year has DSLR's outpacing mirrorless by more than 11.5 million units.
